Richard founded the Fintrack Group of companies in 1989.He has had 20 years of experience in the finance industry having worked previously for a major bank and finance company. He has experience in both residential and commercial lending. Richard had previously established an Aggregation business with over 500 brokers which he successfully conducted a trade sale to an Industry player. Richard knows how to structure business to create maximum value.

Prior to joining Fintrack John was Chief Financial Officer of a subsidiary of the international Ericsson telecommunications group. Before then he was principal of a human resources and management consulting group. He has extensive general management and financial management experience in a number of local and international companies in a wide range of service and manufacturing industries.
Dragana Kalezic
General Manager - Operations
Dragana joined Fintrack in August 2001. Dragana has extensive experience in customer service, property and sales. Dragana also is in charge of the lead generation program offering leads to Accredited Mortgage Consultants under Fintrack.
